Job summary

AQUAHUB Philippines is seeking a Country Director to lead growth of an integrated aquaculture business—from hatcheries and grow-out farming to processing and exports—with operations across Panay, Guimaras, and Palawan. The role demands an entrepreneurial leader with proven P&L management to drive profitability and expansion.

The successful candidate will oversee multiple sites, build cross-functional teams, and ensure financial discipline while engaging with government authorities and partners

Qualifications

• Proven project management, business leadership and P&L accountability.
• Experience managing multi-site operations with budgets and growth.
• Strong English communication and reporting skills.
• Willingness to spend at least 50% of time at production sites and with authorities.
• Experience working with government authorities, regulators and private sector partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the approved business plan with focus on revenues, EBITDA and profitability.
• Scale hatchery, nursery and grow-out operations across sites and grow out contracts.
• Lead rapid expansion through capacity, construction, leases, acquisitions and partnerships.
• Build and mentor Philippines management across finance, admin, logistics and procurement.
• Ensure SOPs, governance, procurement, reporting, health, safety and biosecurity compliance.
• Represent Aquahub Philippines with government authorities, regulators and partners.
• Maintain reliable operational, financial and production reporting and performance monitoring.
