The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Advisory Services should have:

• 15+ years of leadership experience in management consulting, ESG/sustainability advisory, corporate finance, or impact finance.
• Deep expertise in sustainability strategy, ESG integration, sustainable finance, blended finance, and impact investing.
• Proven ability to develop and scale advisory services, securing corporate and financial institution clients.
• Strong P&L management experience with a track record of driving revenue growth.
• Extensive networks across corporates, investors, DFIs, financial institutions, and regulators in Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Master's degree in business, finance, economics, environmental science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with international sustainability frameworks (e.g., TCFD, ISSB, SFDR, EU Taxonomy, SDG-aligned impact measurement).
