Role Description

The Head of Accounting is responsible for overseeing all accounting functions and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial reporting. Key responsibilities include managing financial operations, budgeting, and forecasting; developing and enforcing financial policies; and leading audits. The role also involves mentoring the accounting team, analyzing economic trends, and providing strategic insights to support the company’s overall financial stability and decision-making.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy; CPA and Master’s degree is an advantage
• 5-7 years of experience in accounting leadership, preferably in a diversified business setup.
