About The Role

We’re looking for Head Chef to lead and inspire the kitchen team at one of Pampanga’s newest restaurant concepts. This is a chance to take ownership of menu development, team growth and day to day kitchen operations in a fast- paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Menu Planning and Recipe Development – includes designing cost and innovate menus aligned with brand identity
  • Food Preparation and Cooking – oversee daily operations and food preparations.
  • Lead and mentor kitchen team members.
  • Inventory control and cost efficiency, includes supplier relations and waste management.
  • Maintain compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

What We Expect (Skills And Qualifications)

Must Haves

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Head Chef role or equivalent leadership role.
  • Culinary Degree or Equivalent Professional training (Expertise in American, Filipino, Korean Cuisine preferred)
  • Ability to train, lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff.
  • Strong skills in menu planning, inventory control and kitchen management.
  • High standards in food hygiene, preparation and presentation.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Competitive salary starts at (PHP 45,000 – 100,000)
