Job summary

ActiveOne Health, Inc. is seeking a Medical Technologist to perform specimen analysis and ensure accurate laboratory results that guide physicians in disease assessment and treatment monitoring. The role requires adherence to ethics, confidentiality, and high-quality performance.

The candidate must hold a B.S. in Medical Technology, have at least 6 months of hospital laboratory experience, and pass the Medical Technology Board Exam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from a recognized university.
• At least 6 months of hospital/clinical lab experience.
• Must have passed the Medical Technology Board Exam.
• Willing to work Mondays–Saturdays, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM in Greenfield District Mandaluyong City.

Job Objective:

Medical technologist performs specimen analysis and laboratory results become the basis of physicians to determine the presence, extent, or absence of disease and monitor the effectiveness of treatment or management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. 1. Approaches tasks with a high level of diligence, responsibility, and a proactive attitude, consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. Adheres to strict ethical guidelines and maintains confidentiality, ensuring patient information and laboratory results are kept private and secure.
2. 2. Customer Engagement: Maintains a positive and respectful attitude toward patients and colleagues, showing empathy and understanding in all patient interactions.
3. 3. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Communicate in a professional and polite manner with patients. Able understand English language demonstrated through verbal, written, and reading skills. Acts with honesty in all interactions, upholding a strong sense of trustworthiness in professional duties and patient care.
4. 4. Leadership: Demonstrates flexibility and resilience in handling challenging situations, including managing high‑pressure or urgent laboratory tasks. Qualifications:

1. 1. Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from a recognized and distinguished university.
2. 2. At least 6 months of valid experience working in a hospital laboratory or clinical laboratory (primary or secondary level).
3. 3. Must have successfully passed the Medical Technology Board Exam, demonstrating competency in the field.
4. 4. Amenable to work from Mondays to Saturdays from 8:00AM to 5:00PM in Greenfield District Mandaluyong City.
