Job summary

TGT Global in the Philippines’ BGC office is seeking an experienced Content & Product Content Specialist to manage online listings for computer hardware and tech products. This role supports the Australian market with day shifts, onsite collaboration, and a focus on accurate, engaging content.

You will upload specs, images and pricing, optimize product discovery, and help campaigns with basic HTML/CSS. Strong English, detail orientation and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in e-commerce, website content management, product content, or similar.
• Hands-on experience managing online product listings, categories, specs, and content.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware products and tech specs.
• Ability to interpret technical specs and present clearly to online customers.
• Basic HTML/CSS for content updates and page formatting.
• Experience with Canva, Photoshop, GIMP or similar tools.
• Understanding of e-commerce best practices and customer experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Willing to work onsite in BGC on a day shift for the Australian market.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate, engaging product listings for computer hardware and technology.
• Upload product information, technical specs, images, and pricing for a superior online experience.
• Ensure content remains accurate, consistent and up to date across the website.
• Organise products into categories, brands, filters and attributes to improve discovery.
• Support campaigns, banners and landing pages with HTML/CSS and design tools.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and E-commerce teams to align content with objectives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance usability, presentation and customer experience.
