NCR Atleos in the Philippines is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to drive 3D CAD design of components and assemblies, participate in design reviews, and support product testing and documentation.

You will mentor junior engineers, ensure CAD data is properly maintained in PDMLink and Merlin, and contribute to ongoing improvements in design processes and product development.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering (Electromechanical Engineering).
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in 3D CAD (Preferably Creo/Pro/Engineer), documentation, design, development, and analysis.
• Good problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Design of Component & Assembly Level 3D CAD Models.
• Initiates in Design Review / Drawing Review / DR Review activities.
• Learns and performs tolerance analysis of low to medium complexity assemblies.
• Identifies and resolves design or technical problems from testing and evaluation.
• Contributes design concepts and supports product testing and evaluation to ensure standards compliance.
• Maintains CAD files/documentation using PDMLink and Merlin.

• Mentors 1 or 2 junior engineers

Required Skills, Experience & Education

• BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering (Electromechanical Engineering)
• With 3 - 5 years relevant or related experience in 3D CAD (Preferably Pro/Engineer (Creo)), documentation, design, development, and analysis.
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office Tools
• Works with less supervision
