You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, repair, and quality teams to resolve technical issues, improve diagnostics, and enhance test and repair processes, delivering reliable, customer-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware failure analysis for returned products, production issues, field failures, and customer-reported concerns using structured problem-solving methods.
