Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Management or related field.
2-3 years of sales/business development experience, preferably in hardware distribution or construction-related products.
Experience handling dealers, distributors, hardware stores, contractors, or wholesale accounts.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and acquire new customers, dealers, distributors, retailers, and project accounts.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
Promote and sell the Company's hardware products.
Conduct customer visits, prospecting, and market development activities and market analysis.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, and Accounting to ensure smooth customer transactions.
