Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a hands-on Data Migration Technical Lead to own complex, high-volume migration programs from inception through go-live in Metro Manila. You will work directly with clients to gather requirements, design source-to-target mappings, build ETL pipelines, and drive quality outcomes across every stage of delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end data migration projects.
• Proficiency in SQL for data profiling and transformation.
• Scripting in Python or similar for automation.
• Hands-on with one or more enterprise ETL tools.

Responsibilities

• Own source-to-target mapping specs and data dictionaries.
• Design and build ETL/ELT pipelines with tooling listed above.
• Write and optimize SQL for profiling, extraction, cleansing, and validation.
• Develop Python scripts for bespoke transformation logic and automation.
• Execute migrations, triage failures, and drive production readiness.
• Manage file and attachment migration workstreams.
