6. Maintain Tools and Equipment: Keep all tools, like scissors, clippers, and combs, clean and in good working order.
7. Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the salon is clean and organized, including stations, floors, and supplies.
8. Client Relationship: Build relationships with clients, offering excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.
9. Stay Updated: Keep up with current trends and techniques in hair styling and beauty.
