About The Role
We are looking for an Amazon Category Manager to lead growth across all channels, with a strong focus on Amazon. The ideal candidate has deep e-commerce expertise, a data-driven mindset, and a proven track record of scaling brands profitably.
This role is perfect for someone coachable yet confident, ready to optimize, strategize, and drive revenue.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales, pricing, and advertising strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
- Analyze performance data to refine product positioning, pricing models, and promotional efforts.
- Identify high-potential product expansion opportunities backed by market research and competitive insights. Revitalize underperforming products to enhance profitability and maintain relevance.
- Manage inventory effectively, ensuring demand is met while minimizing excess stock and associated fees.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketplace data to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee PPC campaigns and keyword strategies to enhance visibility and maximize conversions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing, supply chain, and operations for seamless execution.
- Refine product listings, test pricing strategies, and optimize ad placements for maximum profitability.
- Conduct market research, track competitor activity, and implement growth strategies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline category management processes.
