Job description

Guest Care Officers at the award-winning Masungi Georeserve manage the end-to-end customer experience from inquiries to post-visit feedback. The guest care officers ensure a seamless guest experience for the geotourism component of the project, ultimately helping sustain environmental conservation efforts.

Daily tasks include:

  • Manage the online reservations system
  • Track payments and calendaring
  • Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services
  • Provide personal and timely service via phone calls, emails, and SMS
  • Provide administrative support to team

Candidates with superior English and Filipino communication skills (oral and written), a customer service mindset, and an interest in nature conservation/sustainable tourism will be prioritized.

Tourism and hospitality graduates are encouraged to apply. This role is ideal for those with 0-2 years of relevant working experience.

Modest on-site living quarters in Baras, Rizal (Km. 45 Marcos Highway) may be provided for hired candidates. This role requires work for 6 days a week, from Tuesday to Sunday.
