Job summary

Responsibilities

• Inspects rooms and ensures cleanliness according to procedure.
• Attends to guest calls and requests in assigned area; responds to guest complaints.
• Replenishes amenities and exchanges linen with laundry and laundry room.
• Maintains tidy service areas, pantry, corridors and exit stairs; keeps trolleys clean.
• Reports fixtures or needed repairs to HK office; reports minibar consumption.
• Be alert to suspicious characters and reports to security; authorizes entry to guestrooms for cleaning and turndown as required.
