• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, offering recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain and organize the sales floor, restock merchandise, and ensure the store is visually appealing and well-presented.
• Process transactions accurately, handle returns and exchanges, and support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
