Job description

Sales Assistant:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are stocked and organized according to store standards.

Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle customer inquiries regarding products or promotions.

Sales Assistant:

Provide administrative support to the sales team, assisting with order processing, inventory management, and customer follow-ups.

Assist in preparing sales reports and updating customer databases for efficient sales tracking.

Help manage stock levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely product availability.

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as needed for stocking and organizing merchandise.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with retail management software.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Strong attention to detail, with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and assisting the sales team.
