Job summary

Hilton in Manila is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to deliver warm, attentive service across our dining outlets. You will welcome guests, take orders, serve meals and beverages, and help maintain the outlet’s readiness for service.

This role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering high-quality guest experiences in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Fluency in English and flexibility for shifts are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to deliver friendly and attentive guest service in a fast-paced setting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to guest requests.
• Build positive relationships with guests and anticipate their needs.
• Maintain service standards and ensure quality presentation of food and drinks.
• Assist with outlet setup, cleaning, and pre/post service duties.
• Coordinate with teammates and other departments for seamless service.
• Promote menu items and offers when appropriate to enhance revenue.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and safety policies.
• Participate in training to improve menus, service techniques, and hospitality standards.
