Johnson & Johnson is seeking a TransCend Process Release Lead for Intercompany Accounting to drive deployment activities for the Global Services Finance transformation. You will manage SAP/S4 HANA implementation across regions and lead cross-functional teams to ensure a successful go-live and a digitized end-to-end finance core.

The role requires 5–8 years in finance, CPA/CA or equivalent, and strong leadership with excellent communication.

Job Description

The TransCend Process Release Lead for Intercompany Accounting is responsible for deployment activities for the MedTech TransCend Tech & Process transformation initiative for Global Services Finance within their respective process area. The role is responsible for the successful implementation of S4 HANA tech & process solution in finance and for leading the execution of key project deliverables and milestones across all project phases that will enable a successful go live. TranSCend is a multi-year digital transformation journey that will harmonize our many disparate global ERPs into a single SAP/S4 HANA platform to modernize our digital core and enable a digitized end-to-end (E2E) business.

Main accountabilities

• Represent user requirements for design and prioritize for respective process within region
• Support Solution Confirmation (Fit/Gap assessment) for process to Global Template
• Support Release Leads in delivering concurrent deployments within region
• Recruit, lead and coach Implementation CoE Analysts for respective process within region
• Testing coordination (BST / UAT / BRT) across respective process within region
• Testing execution at all stages (BST/ UAT / BRT / Hypercare) as needed Testing of SOX controls as needed · Collaboration with other workstreams to support the execution of end-to-end testing within region
• Defect / Incident Management (testing & hypercare)
• Lead Data cleansing, conversion & migration efforts for region (production & quality environments)
• Involvement in Change Impact Assessment
• Oversee Documentation updates for respective process within region
• Involvement in production cutover planning & execution within region
• Stage gate support (incl. metrics) within region
• Acting as a change agent and super user towards service delivery teams within region
• Proactive sharing of process improvement and automation ideas
• Work with all required stakeholders to ensure proper and timely communications
• Accountable for a smooth transition to new operating model with minimal disruption to the operations
• Accountable for overall customer satisfaction during deployment process
• Accountable for issue and risk resolution & escalation to management where required
• Engage with key stakeholders and lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transition to new ways of working

Experience & Style

• 5 to 8 Years job experience in Finance, preferably in MedTech sector Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or imilar subject
• Professional Accountancy qualification
• Fluent in English and have good presentation skills

Technical Specific Skills
