Job summary

GoGlean, a remote-friendly brand in the Philippines, is hiring a Social Media Manager focused on influencer management, content repurposing, and paid social support. This hands-on role drives day-to-day social execution, identifies UK-based influencers, coordinates collaborations, and creates platform-optimized assets.

You will grow on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, align content with product launches, monitor trends, and deliver data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media management for ecommerce or consumer brands.
• Proven experience managing influencer outreach, partnerships, and campaign coordination.
• Strong video and image editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar).
• Experience repurposing content into high-performing short-form formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook growth strategies.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and basic paid social setup.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Identify, vet, and outreach to UK-based influencers aligned with the brand’s target audience.
• Build and manage influencer relationships, negotiations, and campaign coordination.
• Track influencer performance and optimise partnerships based on engagement and ROI.
• Develop gifting, affiliate, and partnership initiatives to increase brand visibility and sales.
• Manage and grow GoGlean’s social media presence across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
• Plan and schedule content aligned with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Monitor trends and adapt content strategies to maintain relevance and engagement.
• Edit and repurpose influencer-generated and in-house content into short-form videos, reels, ads, and promos.
• Create platform-optimised assets from existing product videos and imagery.
• Ensure consistent brand tone, visual identity, and messaging across all channels.
• Support the setup, testing, and optimisation of paid social campaigns (primarily Meta).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop ad creatives and variations.
• Monitor ad performance metrics and contribute to data-driven improvements.
• Track social and influencer KPIs including engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
• Provide regular reports and insights to improve strategy and campaign performance.
• Stay up to date with evolving platform algorithms and industry best practices.
