Job Description
- Lead and implement strategic initiatives to recruit new financial advisors and agency leaders.
- Drive sales performance and agency growth through continuous engagement, events, and targeted campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with agency leaders to set targets, identify growth opportunities, and enhance team productivity.
- Represent the company externally in events and internal leadership forums.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and support to ensure retention and success of agency recruits.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong background in sales, business development, or relationship management (FMCG, eCommerce, Banking, Real Estate or alike).
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Passion for people development, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Willingness to learn the insurance industry and grow with a market-leading brand.
