Job summary

FlowerStore Group in the Philippines is seeking a Business Operations Manager to lead strategic initiatives, drive operational excellence, and partner with department heads to align initiatives with the company’s long-term growth strategy.

You will manage cross-functional campaigns, optimize processes, and mentor the operations team to scale in Southeast Asia. The role demands strong analytics, leadership, and stakeholder engagement in a fast-growing e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, economics, or related field.
• At least 5 years in business operations, strategy, or similar role, with 2+ years in a leadership position.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and driving improvements.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven insights.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management across all levels.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, tech, or high-growth startups preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end planning and execution of major campaigns across departments.
• Develop campaign timelines and execution roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Implement strategic frameworks, metrics, and governance to improve visibility.
• Identify and implement cost optimization while maintaining performance.
• Drive process improvements by simplifying workflows and standardizing practices.
• Lead cross-functional projects to support growth and scalability.
• Oversee cross-functional initiatives and ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify opportunities for automation.
• Conduct post-campaign reviews and implement lessons learned.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders for alignment and execution.
• Mentor and develop Business Operations team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
