• Lead development and execution of the marketing strategy with the CEO.
• Own marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Lead and manage the Marketing team; set priorities, delegate, coach.
• Identify new marketing opportunities, trends, channels, and strategies.
• Develop and execute social media and digital marketing to increase brand and leads.
• Oversee content planning, scheduling, publishing, and campaigns.
• Develop and manage the content calendar across platforms.
• Monitor social media performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Manage online reputation and address social media crises as needed.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve visibility and traffic.
• Conduct keyword/competitor research to boost organic growth.
• Oversee website content and optimization to generate leads.
