Job Summary: We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to oversee our digital presence and drive growth through social media, paid advertising, and performance marketing. This role combines strategy, execution, and analytics to ensure campaigns deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social media, search, display, and emerging channels to build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other platforms—ensuring effective targeting, budget allocation, A/B testing, and continuous optimization to maximize ROI.
- Oversee social media accounts by creating content calendars, scheduling posts, driving community engagement, and monitoring brand sentiment to strengthen online presence.
- Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.), providing actionable insights and detailed reports to guide data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, sales, and product) to align campaigns with business goals, ensuring consistent messaging and effective go-to-market strategies.
- Research and apply industry trends, competitor benchmarks, and emerging digital tools to innovate marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and achieve measurable results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; certifications in Google Ads/Meta a plus.
- 3–5 years of digital marketing experience with a strong background in paid ads management.
- Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, analytics tools, and social media platforms.
- Skilled in campaign optimization, audience targeting, and ROI-driven strategies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills; able to collaborate across teams.
- Up-to-date with digital trends, tools, and best practices.
Location: BGC, Taguig City. On-site required.
