Client Associates Alternate Fund (CAAF) is seeking an Investment Analyst based in Gurugram to contribute to investment theses, market analysis, and transaction support. This pre-MBA role offers exposure to consumer, technology, fintech, and financial services sectors within an early-growth capital platform.

The ideal candidate should have strong accounting, analytical, and communication skills, and a genuine interest in finance and investing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Investment Thesis Development: conduct sector research across consumer, financial services, technology & healthcare; analyze dynamics, growth drivers, risks, and competition; identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Sourcing & Evaluation: screen companies aligned with the Fund’s mandate; analyze financials, business plans, and MIS; perform benchmarking and risk-return analysis.
Transaction Support: assist in live deals including due diligence, financial modeling, and investment memos; support execution through to closing.
