Job summary

MCI is seeking a Marketing Copywriter to elevate our brand and drive growth from our Philippines team. You will craft email blasts, follow ups, sales emails, and every step of our sales funnels, using psychology-based copy to boost conversions.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage content across channels. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 4 years as a Marketing Copywriter, strong research skills, SEO know-how, and proven ability to execute integrated campaigns

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of Education and Experience.
• 4+ years experience as Marketing Copywriter.
• Project management and team management experience.
• Copywriting skills.
• Planning, budgeting, and reporting experience.
• Content Creation.
• SEO Strategy.
• Excellent verbal/written and interpersonal skills.
• Digital Marketing.
• Proven ability to execute marketing programs such as targeted direct mail and email, field events, and social media.

Responsibilities

• Manage brand across media such as print, internet, social media, and advertising.
• Write copy for emails and funnel steps to improve sales conversions.
• Analyze email and funnel statistics to improve conversion rates.
• Split test copy in emails and funnels.
• Assist and engage in high level discussions and decisions.
• Knowledge of Adobe Suites.
• Knowledge of HubSpot and/or Salesforce CRM.
• Develop and manage marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Directors/Leaders to capitalize on opportunities.
• Assist in budgeting, schedules, marketing plans, tactics and resources.
