Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
Proven experience creating, managing, and analyzing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook.
Proven experience with SEO and WordPress website management/updates.
Previous experience in social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing tools
Familiarity with email marketing tools and campaign management.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and digital marketing tools.
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Basic graphic design or video editing skills is a plus.

Responsibilities

Improve website visibility and performance through SEO strategies.
Plan, manage, and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns with clear objectives.
Maintain and update WordPress website, blogs, and landing pages.
Create and schedule content for social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
Generate marketing ideas and assist in preparing proposals.
Use analytics to gather insights from websites and social media pages.
Submit daily timesheets and provide weekly progress reports on SEO, paid ads, and website development.
