Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a Product Manager for a hybrid, dayshift role in Taguig. The candidate will lead landscape analysis, identify product gaps, and translate strategy into concrete requirements and prototypes.

You will collaborate with engineering, marketing and operations to scope and implement new features. Requires 1–3 years in product management or product marketing within a startup environment, strong technical background (SQL), and proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a product marketing or product manager in a startup environment.
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development (e.g.: SQL)
• Adept at using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for project management
• Extremely strong communication skills
• Strong intuition for user behaviour combined with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to develop product and marketing strategies and manage cross-functional initiatives
• Self-starter with strong project management skills to follow through on execution with a strong sense of ownership

Responsibilities

• Lead the research and analysis of the landscape, customers, product metrics, and latest internet trends to identify and fill product gaps
• Generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth and conversion
• Write product specs, evaluate pros and cons and conduct what-if scenario analysis
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. Conduct what-if/pros and cons analysis
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Work closely with engineering, marketing and operations to scope and implement new features
