Job summary

Finn Cotton Retail Corporation in the Philippines is seeking an experienced E-Commerce & Ads Manager to own online campaigns, scale budgets, and drive growth across Meta, Google, and email channels. You’ll optimize Shopify store performance, CRO, and funnel ROAS with data-driven decisions.

You will manage end-to-end paid advertising, audience targeting, ad creative testing, and analytics reporting, partnering with leadership to sharpen our brand's digital footprint and deliver measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in paid advertising, digital marketing, or e-commerce management.
• Strong track record of managing ad budgets and achieving performance KPIs.
• Experience with Shopify and email marketing platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven advertising strategies aligned with sales and brand objectives.
• Identify opportunities to scale across multiple platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email, Shopify site).
• Conduct customer segmentation and audience research.
• Build and refine custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.
• Create, manage, and monitor campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
• Structure campaigns for scalability, efficiency, and profitability.
• Monitor daily performance and optimize budgets, bids, and creatives to meet ROAS and CPA targets.
• Conduct A/B tests on creatives, ad copy, and landing pages.
• Manage ad spend efficiently across campaigns and channels.
• Maximize returns while controlling costs.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking (Pixel, GA4, Shopify).
• Analyze metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA) and prepare reports.
• Build retargeting campaigns for abandoned carts and lapsed users.
• Create full-funnel strategies from awareness to conversion.
• Oversee and optimize the Shopify store for performance and CRO.
