The General Manager will own revenue targets, expansion plans, and brand growth, while managing people, budgeting, and performance across multiple locations in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of progressive experience in fitness/wellness/service industries.
• At least 7 years in a senior operations leadership role.
• Proven experience managing revenue, customer experience, and profitability.
• Experience in multi-site expansion and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across all branches with consistent execution.
• Establish standards, systems, workflows, and performance controls.
• Drive revenue targets and optimize profitability.
• Lead expansion, site evaluation, and pre-opening readiness.
• Collaborate with Marketing to grow brand awareness and customer base.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and regular management reporting.
