Job summary

Beepo Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Digital Marketing professional to implement, manage and optimise campaigns across channels, translating business strategies into content, campaigns and client journeys that support brand awareness and growth.

You will handle PPC campaigns, multi-channel lead generation, social media, website updates, UX/UI improvements and SEO, using tools like Clio, Ortto, Zapier to automate workflows and report ROMI.

Responsibilities

• Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns, including structure, audience targeting, retargeting, budget allocation, ad copy, creative assets, and continuous optimization.
• Develop multi-channel lead generation and nurture campaigns using dedicated landing pages, downloadable lead magnets, retargeting mechanisms, and automated follow-up sequences.
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously test audiences, messaging, and conversion pathways to drive qualified client inquiries.
• Research digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and emerging market opportunities to guide campaign development.
• Manage organic social media channels, monitoring audience growth, engagement rates, and content performance.
• Maintain firm websites, updating service pages, articles, staff bios, resources, forms, and custom landing pages.
• Identify and execute UX, UI, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) enhancements to elevate digital positioning and user experience.
• Apply SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) principles to boost organic search rankings across search engines and AI search engines.
• Configure and optimize marketing platforms and automated workflows using Clio, Ortto, Zapier, and connected tools.
• Track and report core marketing metrics, including web traffic, lead acquisition, appointment bookings, conversion rates, and return on marketing investment (ROMI).
