Lead structured group training sessions in accordance with established program guidelines and safety protocols. Demonstrate proper exercise mechanics, offer immediate form corrections, and prioritize participant safety at all times. Provide appropriate exercise regressions and progressions to accommodate diverse individual capabilities and fitness backgrounds.

Provide clear verbal instruction, visual demonstrations, and constructive feedback to build participant confidence and skill
Ensure training spaces and equipment are clean, organized, properly inspected, and safe for use
Attend scheduled staff meetings, professional development workshops, and company events as required
Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, Kinesiology, or a related field-OR an equivalent combination of practical experience and relevant industry credentials
1-3 years of hands-on experience in group fitness instruction, personal training, strength and conditioning, or athletic coaching
Solid understanding of human movement, exercise selection, program delivery, and safe training principles
Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to instruct, motivate, and connect with individuals effectively
Strong leadership and group control capabilities
Dependable, punctual, and collaborative team orientation
Genuine dedication to health, fitness, and helping clients progress safely
Active Group Fitness Instruction certification and current CPR/AED/First Aid certification are considered an advantage
