Overview
A gym instructor (also known as a fitness instructor or personal trainer) is responsible for guiding individuals or groups in physical exercise and fitness activities. They develop exercise routines, demonstrate proper techniques, provide motivation, and ensure the safety of participants during workouts. Gym instructors can work in various settings, such as gyms, fitness clubs, wellness centers, or as personal trainers in clients' homes or outdoor locations. Experience
- Previous experience as a gym instructor or personal trainer is preferred, though entry-level roles may be available for candidates who have relevant qualifications and training.
