Job summary

The Corporate Institute seeks a senior leader to own P&L for the team, drive revenue growth, and ensure delivery of financial guidance. You will mentor and guide team members, set targets, and take initiatives in new business while upholding organizational standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining monthly P&L, timely delivery of equity advisory, collecting ground feedback for the Senior PCG advisor, monitoring advisory certifications, and ensuring compliance and surveillance.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline; MBA Finance/CA/CFA/ICWA/NCFM/AMFI qualifications acceptable.
• 9+ years in financial markets with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Understanding of capital markets including derivatives, currency and commodities; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage the team and ensure their productivity targets are met.
• Maintain the monthly P&L of the team/branch.
• Deliver timely customized equity advice to assigned PCG customers per defined timelines.
• Channel ground customer feedback to the Senior PCG advisor as reported.
• Monitor the advisory certification program for advisors as defined.
• Conduct regular compliance and surveillance checks.

• The role would require complete P&L responsibility for the Team reporting in
• To make sure targets /goal are achieved as per projections for the financial year
• To take initiatives in new business as given by the organisation. To ensure quality deliverables within stipulated timelines
• To ensure all processes are followed keeping in mind the ethos of the organization. mentoring and guiding team members thereby increasing revenue and ensuring they achieve their assigned targets.

Key Deliverables:

1. 1. Managing team and ensuring their Productivity is met
2. 2. Maintenance of the P&L of the team/branch monthly
3. 3. Timely delivery of customized equity advise to assigned PCG customers (trading and investment ideas) as per defined timelines
4. 4. Pass on ground customer feedback to the Senior PCG advisor as and when reported
5. 5. Keep check on the Advisory certification program for the advisors as per defined timelines
6. 6. Compliance and surveillance to be checked on regular time intervals frequently

Role Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications: Graduation in any discipline, MBA Finance/ CA/ CFA/ ICWA / NCFM/AMFI
• Experience: 9+ Years in Financial Markets, 2+ Years in leadership role
• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of capital markets including Derivatives, Currency and Commodities
• I- T Skills: MS Office
