Job summary

A manufacturing company in Metro Manila is seeking a dedicated individual to ensure daily production plans are met in the Grinding Section. The role involves monitoring product quality, performing equipment maintenance, and collaborating with team members to improve productivity. The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma and 1-4 years of relevant experience. This position works Mondays to Saturdays, 7am - 4pm with the possibility of paid overtime.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year working experience in a related field.
• Preferably 1-4 years experience in manufacturing/production operations or equivalent.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily production plan is met for Grinding Section.
• Ensure quality of products being worked on.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance of equipment and tools.

Job Summary

Ensures the achievement of daily production plans for Grinding Section; abides by code of discipline and standard operating procedures; able to follow work instructions and collaborate with other operators in order to approve productivity and product quality.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ensures that daily production plan is met for Grinding Section
2. Ensures the quality of products being worked on
3. Learns skills that will improve productivity (angle grinder, orbital, belt sander etc.)
4. Ensures that proper tools and equipment is used in performing work-related tasks
5. Immediately reports to leadman, any abnormality or irregularity regarding items produced, tools, equipment, and processes
6. Observes production procedures related to safety and health at work.
7. Able to suggest improvements in work productivity and product quality
8. Able to perform basic preventative maintenance of equipment and tools
9. Ensures 7s is maintained
10. Performs other related tasks from time to time

Qualification/Skills Requirements

4. Must possess reasonable analytical skill.
