Job summary

Realpage in Manila is seeking an AI Data Engineer III to design, build, and operate data pipelines, AI agents, and automations for GRC services, focusing on data governance, quality, lineage, and catalog under a human-in-the-loop model.

You will implement agentic workflows using RAG, MCP, and guardrails, while ensuring compliance with OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and MITRE ATLAS, collaborating with stakeholders to productionize scalable automations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE/DS or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in software/AI engineering with hands-on LLM-powered apps.
• Proficiency in Python and modern AI tooling.
• Experience with LLM patterns: prompt engineering, RAG, function/tool calling, MCP.

Responsibilities

• Build and integrate agentic AI solutions within the GRC platform to standardize workflows and improve reporting.
• Develop automation, evidence collectors, and governance tooling to reduce backlog.
• Engineer AI-assisted workflows to populate and reconcile enterprise Risk Registers and link controls.
