Job summary

RealPage, Inc. is seeking an AI Data Engineer III to design, build, and operate data pipelines and agentic AI solutions for GRC services. You’ll focus on data governance, data quality, lineage, and catalog, all under human-in-the-loop supervision by GRC leaders.

The role bridges GRC requirements with engineering execution—creating data foundations, prototyping control automations, and governance tooling to scale effectively while minimizing manual effort.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in software/AI engineering, building LLM-powered apps and agentic workflows.
• Proficiency in Python and modern AI development tooling.
• Hands-on experience with LLM patterns: prompt engineering, RAG, function/call, MCP.
• Familiarity with leading LLMs and trade-offs (reasoning depth, context, cost, latency).
• Experience integrating with enterprise platforms and GRC tooling (e.g., ServiceNow IRM, Archer, AuditBoard).
• Ability to translate GRC requirements into production-grade automations with human-in-the-loop controls.

Responsibilities

• GRC Tool & Automation Engineering: build AI solutions and automations within the enterprise GRC platform; standardize workflows.
• Risk Register Automation: engineer AI-assisted workflows to populate and reconcile risk data across domains.
• Policy Governance Automation: develop AI-assisted tooling for policy drafting and review cadence.
• Agent Design, Safety & Operations: design agentic workflows with guardrails and human-in-the-loop checks.
• Agent Evaluation, Observability & Guardrails: build evaluators and logging to ensure accuracy and compliance.
