Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilledDesignerwho understands sports culture and can bring concepts to life—from idea to production-ready artwork. This role requires strong digital marketing design skills and the ability to prepare clean, accurate files for manufacturing.

Job Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
• Digital ads
• Web banners
• Marketing flyers
• Ability to design within brand guidelines while elevating visual storytelling
• Experience creating and working with tech packs for production
• Strong understanding of:
• Print-ready files
• Production specifications
• File organization and layer management
• Detail-oriented and comfortable preparing final artwork for factories

Nice to Haves

• Strong interest or experience in: MLB, NHL, NCAA, NBA, NFL
• Understanding of sports fan culture and licensed product aesthetics
• Ability to develop sports product concepts from scratch
• Experience working with overseas production teams
