Job summary

Chromaesthetics Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Graphic/Packaging Designer to create innovative, production-ready packaging for cosmetic products.

You will ensure designs meet brand standards, regulatory guidelines, and quality requirements while collaborating with suppliers throughout packaging development. You will develop concepts, deliver 2D/3D artwork, and support mass production with accurate specs, mockups, and technical layouts.

Qualifications

• Creative and analytical thinking to develop beauty products from trends and user needs.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; familiar with 3D modeling tools and CAD software.
• Understanding of cosmetics packaging aesthetics, sustainability, and functionality.
• Strong collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to color matching, typography, and material selection in development.
• Degree in Industrial Design, Packaging Design, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop creative packaging concepts and prepare accurate 2D and 3D designs for primary components, secondary boxes, promotional kits, and other packaging materials.
• Produce production-ready artwork files, technical layouts, specifications, and realistic 3D mockups for supplier endorsement and mass production.
• Review packaging materials, marketing collaterals, and samples for compliance with approved designs, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with external packaging suppliers to confirm material suitability, print feasibility, and production alignment.
• Support product development through packaging research, competitor analysis, cosmetic market trend reviews, campaigns, and internal training sessions.
• Work closely with Product Development, Marketing, QA, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and other teams to meet timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative packaging concepts and prepare accurate 2D and 3D designs for primary components, secondary boxes, promotional kits, and other packaging materials.
• Produce production-ready artwork files, technical layouts, specifications, and realistic 3D mockups for supplier endorsement and mass production.
• Review packaging materials, marketing collaterals, and mass production samples to ensure compliance with approved designs, quality standards, technical requirements, and Philippine FDA regulations.
• Coordinate with external packaging suppliers to confirm material suitability, print feasibility, structural requirements, cost considerations, and production alignment.
• Support product development through packaging research, competitor analysis, cosmetic market trend reviews, campaign shoots, and internal product training sessions.
• Work closely with Product Development, Marketing, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and other concerned teams to deliver packaging projects within agreed timelines.
