Job summary

YCP Group in Manila is seeking a Graphic Designer & Video Editor to support content production for our social media accounts. You will turn briefs and raw footage into polished graphics and videos for organic and paid social, working closely with our content and account teams.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, ideally in social media, agency, or brand marketing
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools (CapCut, Canva Pro, etc.)
• Strong eye for visual composition, pacing, and current social media formats
• Comfortable managing multiple briefs and deadlines at once
• Able to travel within Metro Manila for occasional event coverage
• Portfolio required

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form video content for social media posts (Reels, FB/IG feed, and stories)
• Design static and carousel graphics for social media posts, following brand guidelines
• Contribute to content ideation, suggesting visual formats and treatments that fit current social trends
• Occasionally maybe be asked to attend client events to shoot and edit content on the spot for IG/FB stories, and support simple photo/video shoots
• Organize and maintain a library of raw and finished assets
• Turn around revisions quickly based on internal and client feedback
