Job summary

Care & Bloom is seeking a Graphic Designer + Packaging Designer for its US-based remote team. You will build high-performing ad creatives across Meta and TikTok, plus packaging and product-related visuals. Every asset is tested for performance, so iteration is part of the role.

You’ll collaborate with strategists and media buyers to scale campaigns, produce multiple variations, and maintain a consistent brand voice across all assets. Remote work offered with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of DTC or performance marketing ad creatives.
• Professional packaging design experience.
• Strong understanding of conversion-focused design.
• Ability to design visuals, copy, layouts, and CTAs that drive purchases.
• Fast and comfortable working with high volumes of creative.
• Strong skills in static and motion graphics.
• Ability to create scroll-stopping creative while maintaining the brand voice.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
