Salary Range: ₱18,000–₱24,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Multimedia Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong visual design skills, a solid portfolio, and the ability to create clean, professional, and on-brand visual content across digital and print platforms.

The successful candidate will support marketing campaigns, advertising initiatives, and recruitment activities through engaging graphics, promotional materials, and short-form video content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media graphics, advertisements, marketing collateral, and datasheets.
• Develop visual content that aligns with the company's brand identity and communication standards.
• Produce short-form videos, reels, and other multimedia content for social media and digital campaigns.
• Perform basic video editing, motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects.
• Maintain and organize brand assets, templates, graphics, and other creative resources.
• Ensure consistency in fonts, colors, layouts, imagery, and overall brand presentation.
• Collaborate with marketing, recruitment, and other internal teams to develop creative materials.
• Support campaign launches and recruitment initiatives with relevant creative content.
• Revise and refine designs based on feedback while meeting project deadlines.
• Stay updated on current design, social media, and multimedia trends.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design, or a related creative role.
• Must have a strong and updated portfolio showcasing graphic and multimedia work.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, and/or Canva.
• Experience with video editing and short-form content creation.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and branding.
• Excellent eye for clean, professional, corporate, and on-brand design.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to translate ideas into compelling visual content.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation & Work Location
