Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with emphasis on digital design.
• A strong portfolio across various media.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Experience with digital content creation for social media.
• Strong typography, layout and visual design skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and concept articulation.
• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and web design is a plus.
• Up-to-date with latest design trends and technologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Graphic Designer, your core responsibility will be producing visual assets that effectively communicate our brand message across multiple channels. You will partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to create designs that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.

• Contribute to the creative process with exceptional design solutions.


• Thoroughly understand brand guidelines and apply them to all creative work.


• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying close attention to details and deadlines.


• Manage and prioritize multiple projects and team tasks, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget requirements.


• Evaluate the performance of the design team and assist in setting career goals and performance metrics.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.


• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong emphasis on digital design.


• A well-rounded portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design across various media.


• Proficiency with design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.


• Experience with digital content creation tools and understanding of design processes for social media platforms.


• Strong typography, layout, and visual design skills.


• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.


• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.


• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts to non-design team members.


• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and web design would be advantageous.


• Up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
