Job summary

RecruitNest Consulting is seeking a Merchandise Designer to join its creative team in a fully remote role servicing Metro Manila. You will design high-quality merchandise, branding, and marketing materials for a wide range of products, ensuring consistency and quality across projects.

You will collaborate with the team to develop concepts, deliver print-ready artwork, and maintain brand guidelines while staying current with design trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Multimedia Arts or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in merchandise or graphic design.
• Portfolio showing relevant work and strong design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphics, product designs, logos, and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Design print-ready artwork for merchandise, packaging, and promotional materials.
• Develop layouts, illustrations, and graphics for a wide range of products.
• Create and update product catalogs when needed.
• Ensure all designs meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
• Review designs for accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail before production.
• Stay updated on design trends and incorporate new ideas into creative work.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members to develop creative solutions for client requirements.
