Qualifications

• Proven graphic design experience, preferably in luxury real estate or premium brands.
• Strong portfolio of high-end branding, print, and digital work.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent eye for typography, color, layout and composition.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing collateral for luxury properties (brochures, flyers, listings, websites, social media).
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to produce cohesive, branded materials.
• Maintain and enhance the brand's visual identity across print and digital channels.
• Design email templates and digital ads to promote property listings.
• Support events and virtual tours with promotional materials.
• Create templates and guidelines to standardize future projects.
