Job summary

Responsibilities include brand design for social campaigns, event collateral, landing pages, and video thumbnails, plus collaboration with leadership and marketing teams. Onsite in Cebu, night shift required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio with social campaigns, premium event materials, landing pages, logos, and video thumbnails.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficiency in Figma or equivalent UI/design tools.
• Strong sense of luxury, premium and corporate visual aesthetics.
• Excellent typography, composition, layout, and visual consistency.
• Attention to detail, time management, and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Cebu and follow a night-shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Brand & Campaign Design: create assets for social campaigns, banners, posts, and ads.
• Event & Experiential Design: develop premium collateral for VIP events and invites.
• Marketing Collateral: build digital graphics for campaigns, banners, decks, and promos.
• Creative Iteration & Optimization: produce multiple concepts and variants; support A/B testing.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with leadership, marketing teams, and creators.
