Job summary

VistaPrint is seeking a detail-oriented graphic designer to transform brand briefs into high-quality visual solutions. You will collaborate with customers directly via multiple channels, guiding design decisions and presenting concepts with confidence.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of professional experience or a standout portfolio, strong typography and layout skills, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. A flexible schedule and international collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional graphic design experience (or outstanding portfolio showing strong design fundamentals, typography, layout, and visual storytelling).
• Hands-on mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Ability to analyze customer briefs and translate feedback into creative design solutions.
• Experience in a customer-facing role with a proven ability to build rapport and communicate clearly in English (written and spoken).
• Adaptability to support other schedules as business needs evolve.

Responsibilities

• Transform ideas into high-quality visual solutions tailored to each brand's identity and goals.
• Act as a creative advisor by guiding customers through design decisions via phone, video, chat, and email.
• Solve creative challenges by interpreting briefs, researching needs, and delivering polished designs balancing creativity and commercial aims.
• Recommend and elevate design practices and Vista’s solutions to enhance projects.
• Collaborate with a global community of designers, sharing ideas and participating in critiques across cultures.
• Embrace emerging tools and AI-driven workflows to stay ahead of design trends.
