Job summary

Santeh Feeds Corporation is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to create and manage visual assets for marketing campaigns, packaging, social media, events, and brand visibility, ensuring consistency with our branding standards.

You will collaborate with the marketing team, develop advertising creatives for digital and print, design for packaging and labels, coordinate with printers, and keep design files organized. A portfolio is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or any related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, visual content production, or related creative role.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.
• Experience designing for digital (social media, email, digital ads) and print (flyers, banners, brochures, posters, signage).
• Knowledge of packaging and label design principles and print production.
• Familiarity with file management, digital asset organization, and brand/visual identity standards.
• Portfolio of previous design work required upon application.
• Must be able to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
• NBI Clearance and pre-employment medical clearance required prior to regularization.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce graphics, advertisements, and promotional materials including brochures, flyers, banners, posters, email graphics, and social media content.
• Develop advertising creatives for both digital and print platforms.
• Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and business goals.
• Develop new packaging and label designs and redesign existing ones.
• Ensure all packaging designs are accurate and compliant (dimensions, colors, materials, regulatory text, etc.).
• Coordinate with printers/suppliers to ensure correct specifications and quality.
• Produce event and trade marketing visuals such as booth designs, backdrops, and promotional displays.
• Capture photos/videos of company events and marketing activities.
• Maintain organized creative assets, templates, and design files for easy access by the team.
• Recommend design improvements, fresh creative concepts, and new visual approaches.
