Job Description

• We are looking for a skilled Graphic Artist with expertise in print design and production to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, technical proficiency in pre-press and print setup, and the ability to create visually compelling designs that align with brand guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality mock-ups for client approval and production.
• Set up proper color settings for proofing to ensure print accuracy.
• Handle paneling and layouts for multi-page documents, packaging, or large-format prints.
• Apply bleed and trim marks to designs for professional printing.
• Design and prepare tiled prints for large-scale graphics (e.g., banners, posters).
• Develop cohesive brand designs, including logos, marketing materials, and style guides.
• Operate and manage printers (digital), ensuring quality output and troubleshooting issues.
• Proficiency in operating the cutter plotter is required, or willingness to be trained in machine operation.
• Must have experience operating a seaming machine, lamination machine, and eyelet machine, or be willing to learn.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to refine designs based on feedback.
• Ensure all files are print-ready with correct resolution, color profiles, and file formats.
• Experience in T-shirt and Signage making is a bonus.
