Job summary

Hello Social, a Dubai-based creative social media agency, is seeking a highly creative Graphic Designer to join our remote team and bring fresh ideas, innovative thinking, and exceptional design skills to every project.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience, expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, and a strong portfolio in branding and digital-first design. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to campaigns for regional and international brands.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in social media or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator; experience in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Experience creating motion graphics and animations for social media content.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design or video generation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging content for social media including static posts, stories, reels, carousels, and campaigns.
• Create animations and motion graphics to elevate client content and engagement.
• Produce and edit video assets for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Develop concepts aligned with client objectives and brand identities.
• Adapt global brand guidelines to local, platform-specific assets.
• Collaborate with Social Media Managers and the wider creative team to deliver campaigns.
• Contribute ideas and direction during brainstorming sessions.
• Stay updated with design trends and AI-enabled technologies.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to improve workflows and content production.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer to join our remote team and bring fresh ideas, innovative thinking, and exceptional design skills to every project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging and visually compelling content for social media, including static posts, stories, reels, carousels, and digital campaigns.
• Create animations and motion graphics that elevate client content and increase audience engagement.
• Produce video assets and edit short-form content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Develop creative concepts that align with client objectives and brand identities.
• Adapt global brand guidelines into locally relevant, platform-specific creative assets.
• Collaborate closely with Social Media Managers, Content Creators, and the wider creative team to deliver high-quality campaigns.
• Contribute original ideas and creative direction during brainstorming sessions.
• Stay up to date with emerging design trends, social media best practices, and new creative technologies.
• Utilise AI-powered creative tools to improve workflows and enhance content production.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Key Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within a social media agency, creative agency, or digital marketing environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, with experience in After Effects and Premiere Pro for animation and video editing.
• Strong experience creating motion graphics and animations for social media content.
• Hands-on experience using AI creative tools such as Runway, Higgsfield, and other AI-assisted design or video generation platforms.
• Excellent understanding of social media formats, trends, and platform-specific design best practices.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, visual storytelling, branding, and digital-first design.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for layout, typography, and aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating effectively with an international team.
• Must have a reliable home office setup, including high-speed internet and suitable equipment for remote work.
