Job Description
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and brand-aligned designs for both digital and print platforms. This role involves developing layouts, illustrations, and visual concepts that support campaigns, content, and project goals. Working closely with creative leads, content creators, and production teams, the Graphic Artist transforms ideas into powerful visual communication that resonates with audiences.
- Create original graphics, layouts, and illustrations for marketing materials, social media content, presentations, websites, video overlays, and event collaterals.
- Design for both digital (web, social, email, video) and print (posters, banners, flyers, brochures) platforms.
- Develop visual concepts based on briefs, scripts, or creative direction.
- Ensure all design outputs align with brand guidelines and tone.
- Help maintain and evolve visual identity systems, including typography, color palettes, and design templates.
- Contribute to the creation of brand kits and style guides when needed.
- Work closely with writers, producers, video editors, marketing teams, and project managers.
- Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions to bring fresh perspectives to campaigns or content strategies.
- Translate abstract ideas or messages into strong visual narratives.
- Prepare artwork for digital deployment or print production, ensuring proper file setup, resolution, and format.
- Organize and maintain an archive of design assets, templates, and final files.
- Coordinate with printers or suppliers to ensure quality control for physical outputs.
- Edit or adapt existing assets for new sizes, formats, or campaigns.
- Make revisions based on team or client feedback, maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Other tasks as assigned.
